We'll also spend time creating systems and processes that will save you time and help you stay on track. By the end of the day, you'll have everything you need to hit the ground running and start achieving your goals.

Here’s how this goes:
Book a Discovery Call and answer the questionnaire
This let’s me get to know you and your business better
Pick a date, I only hold a limited amount of Asana VIP days each month
Secure date with with payment in full or a deposit (balance due before VIP day)
You’ll have homework a couple weeks ahead of your day
Need to assess everything you have going on in order to make sense of it all
Determine what projects take priority
Kick off with a 30-60 minute Strategy Session for clarity and alignment
Audit your current systems
Be available to answer all my questions
I’ll get to work and set up some of your projects, up to 4 SOPs and 5 templates as agreed on
At the end, a 30-45 minute call to walkthrough and review your newly set up project management system to make sure you can slay all your projects going forward. We’ll record this to make sure you can refer to it whenever needed
You’ll have 2 weeks of Slack or Voxer support for any questions that may come up
