- During our time together, I will get to hear from you your vision and what your upcoming goals are
- Next, I’ll help you strategize and put together an action plan

If you choose 4 Consulting Sessions
- We start with all of the above
- Next, we’ll follow up on the action plan we’ve put together during our 1st call
- And since we all have different strengths & weaknesses, we use the next 3 sessions to concentrate on other operational areas of your business where you need the most help
- Additional systems and structuring
- Training on your new systems
- Goal setting
- Getting started on your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
